Every inquiry we receive is first evaluated by our team of Medical Consultants, who carefully review the patient's medical condition and treatment requirements. Based on this professional assessment, we identify the most suitable hospital and medical specialists capable of providing the highest standard of care. After the appropriate healthcare institution has been selected, all relevant medical records are shared with the hospital to obtain a detailed treatment plan, information regarding potential risks and expected outcomes, the estimated duration of treatment, and a transparent cost quotation.

Once the proposed treatment plan has been prepared by the selected hospital, it is presented to the patient and the accompanying family members or representatives for their review and approval. Following their confirmation, our company manages the entire medical travel process, including facilitating visa procedures, arranging international travel to Türkiye, selecting suitable accommodation, organizing airport reception services, providing transfers to the accommodation, and coordinating transportation between the hotel and the hospital throughout the treatment period.
